How do I purchase tickets?
Purchase your tickets online to save $3.00 and avoid the line-ups. You can also buy your tickets at one of the box offices setup outside the show entrance. Ticket prices at the show are: $14.00 for adults, $5.00 for children 6-12 and children 5 and under are free of charge.
I'm unable to find my tickets!

Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something I saw at the show?
We will be pleased to hear that you found value in the show and want to return a second day. If this is the case, please see the show manager in the show office at the event. We will be happy to accommodate you.
Is food available at the venue?
Yes, there are many food vendors on-site including the Fresh Market Cafe which offers full meal service including hot and cold meals and snacks.
Are there ATMS on site?
Yes, there are machines on the show floor.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the facility* is fully wheelchair accessible. *Some limited access in the Garden Showcase features.
Are wheelchairs available at the show?
Yes, there is a limited number of complimentary wheelchairs available at the show (Coat Check). We will require a valid driver's license in exchange for a wheelchair.
How can I find a particular exhibitor at the show?
Please check our interactive exhibitor listing for a list by category and booth number. Also, at the show you will receive a free showguide, which contains exhibitor listings sorted by name and by product category. If you still can't find a particular exhibitor, please visit the information booth, sponsored by Sleep Number, located on the show floor for more information.
What can I expect to see at the show?
Aside from being able to shop from over 600 exhibitors under one roof and our 19 feature gardens in the Garden Showcase (South Hall), please visit our Show Highlights page of the website for a full listing of our exciting show features.
Is reserved seating available to see the celebrities at the show?
No, the seating for celebrity performances is included in the price of your admission ticket and is available on a first-come first served basis.
How long should I plan to stay at the show?
Generally, the show will take between a minimum of 4 to 5 hours to see, depending on your itinerary at the show. Plan to spend ample time with our many and varied exhibitors - they are a valuable resource for your home improvement and gardening questions.
Can I bring my pet to the show?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the show, unless they are part of a paid exhibitor's display.
