Bob Schmitt Homes is incredibly excited to be given the opportunity to build a home for Cleveland’s I-X Center Great Big Home and Garden Expo. This home will have three bedrooms with two and a half baths and an attached two car garage and is 2,800 square feet. Included in the home are many features that are standard in all Bob Schmitt Homes. There are also upgraded features such as the custom spa-style, walk-in shower with special tile highlights in the master bath. The outdoor patio is designed and constructed to feel like more than just an outdoor space, but rather takes on the feel of another room with the home. Each and every aspect of all Bob Schmitt Homes are designed with the maintenance-free idea in mind.
